New Year's Resolutions

         1.   Eat “closer to the ground”
a. Less processed food, crackers, chips. More fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains—rice, beans etc. Less carnivore, more herbivore.
b. Simply our taste palette
c. There are a myriad of reasons for this. I’m still exploring. I’ll explore publicly when I’m a bit surer of myself, but the health reasons alone have convinced us.
    i. I read The China Study over the Holidays. It’s worth looking at as it may inform and change your view of food. The China Study. Animal, Vegetable, Miracle

         2.   Write my grandmas more letters.

(Aren't they both delightful?)

         3.    Further explore accessories in my wardrobe.
         4.    Listen more. (this has been a resolution every year since my father first announced it as his own a few     years ago.)
         5.  Get my passport. (I know. I should absolutely have this already.)
         6.  Paint my nails.
         7.  Read.
         8.   Read and study the book Matthew. Learn more about Jesus’ vision for the world.
         9.   Catch up on our “scrapbook”

        10.  Write more. (Check.)
